1. Overview of StudioDeck Tools

StudioDeck provides focused web applications that perform specific automated and AI-assisted tasks for a one-time fee.

2. One-Time Purchases and Access Window

StudioDeck apps are sold as one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Each one-time purchase grants you time-limited or session-based access to the specific feature, pass, or download described on the checkout screen of that app (for example, a 24-hour pass or a set of downloadable files).

Charges from any StudioDeck app appear on your card statement as STUDIODECK.

3. AI Outputs and User Responsibility

Outputs generated by StudioDeck tools (including text feedback, formatting, and processed photos) are automated suggestions and tools that you must independently review and verify before using.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, formatting, and suitability of any document, file, or photo you submit to any third party, employer, agency, or government.

4. No Guarantees of Outcomes or Acceptance

StudioDeck tools are provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We make no promise or representation that any document, file, or photo processed with any StudioDeck tool will be accepted by any third party, employer, agency, or government office. StudioDeck is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with any government entity. This does not limit any refund described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the results; you let us process it only to provide the service.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StudioDeck apps only for lawful purposes and only with documents or photos that you have the right to upload. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass payment or security controls on any StudioDeck website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a StudioDeck app shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of USA.
