1. Who we are

StudioDeck is an independent software studio operated by its founder. Throughout this page, 'StudioDeck', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to its operator. This policy covers studiodeck.site and all StudioDeck tools on its subdomains.

2. No accounts

StudioDeck web apps are designed to work directly in your browser without requiring you to create an account, username, or password.

3. Information we process

Depending on which StudioDeck tool you use, we process only the inputs needed to deliver the service you requested:

• Text, files and photos you upload or paste (e.g., resumes, job descriptions, photos), only to produce the result you asked for (PDF or text files).
• Purchase details from Stripe: email, payment status, transaction ID, country. We never see your full card number.
• Contact form messages: your email and message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, error logs.

4. How uploaded files are handled

Some tools process files directly in your browser, so they are never uploaded. Other tools send your text or file to our servers and to our AI provider only to generate your result. We do not store uploaded files after your result is generated, apart from short-lived technical logs kept for up to 30 days.

Uploaded files are never sold, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising.

5. Service providers

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our services:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google Cloud (hosting)
• Google Gemini API (AI processing)
• Brevo (delivering support messages)
• Google Ads (ad measurement)

6. Cookies and analytics

This hub page (studiodeck.site) does not load advertising or analytics tags. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) may set an essential load-balancing cookie.

Our tool pages (PassportDeck, ResumeDeck, StatementDeck) use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to measure usage and whether our ads lead to purchases. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland these tags default to denied until you give consent.

7. Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it via our contact form. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16.

9. Where data is processed

Data is processed primarily in the United States.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
